Agents you can inspect. Results you can prove. Outcomes you own.
We design and build agentic AI systems for the enterprise — one contained, accountable unit at a time.
Ask what your AI did last quarter.
Watch the room go quiet.
We build systems that can answer. One unit. One owner. One number — agreed in writing before any code — so "is it working?" takes a glance, not a meeting.
Nano Sapiens sounds like a successor species.
It's the opposite.
Homo sapiens remains the wise one. Our name comes from the standard of precision instead: the most exact things humans build are measured in nanometers. Nano — engineering exact enough to measure. Sapiens — the judgment that decides what's worth measuring.
So we build machine intelligence at the smallest working scale, and wire every unit to human wisdom. The machine does the work. A person owns the outcome. Always in that order.
The wisdom stays yours. We build the instruments.
Method
Watch.
Before anything is built, we sit inside the work. We watch how it actually happens — where judgment lives, where time dies, and which single unit of work is worth automating first.
Define.
Together we write the Working Definition: one page that states what this unit must achieve, in numbers, signed by both sides before a line of code exists. If we can't define working, we don't take the engagement.
Build.
One contained unit, built against the Working Definition — inspectable by the people who own the outcome, never a black box they inherit.
Run.
Deployed in production, measured against the Definition from day one, answering to the person it augments. Then, and only then, the next unit.

Nothing we ship is a black box. Every unit is documented, inspectable, and built to be owned — by your people, not just ours.
